Our Partner/Head of Dispute Resolution, Babatunde Ogungbamila was a panellist at the OANDO Legal Seminar which took place on Tuesday 29th October 2019 at the Wheatbaker Hotel, Ikoyi, Lagos. He spoke on the topic “Management of Disputes and Enforcement of Arbitral Awards Against Sovereign States”. The seminar was floated to examine critical issues relating to the jurisdiction and validity of contracts as well as the enforcement of arbitral awards between companies and sovereign states.
