She specialises in Corporate Business Advisory, Contracts, Regulatory Compliance, and high-profile commercial litigation. She plays a pivotal role in the firm and is known for her strategic legal prowess and dedication to excellence.
Anita has successfully negotiated contracts to the tune of over 1,500,000 US dollars for both local and international clients. She has handled a wide range of legal disputes, including highly publicised tort, fundamental rights enforcement, and high-profile debt recovery suits. Her ability to secure results despite challenges makes her an invaluable asset to the firm.
In addition to her primary practice areas, Anita has significant experience in the sports and entertainment sector, where she has provided legal counsel on sports industry matters, actively supporting sporting companies and investors. She was once acting Secretary of the Nigeria E-Sports Federation.
