Development Law: Tool For Economic Reform (2006)

This is the first in the series called “Development Law Book Series.” We have focused this edition on the conceptual notion of development law and the need to re-evaluate the general approach in order to reap the value of our economic reform processes. As usual, it has focused on the overarching legal framework operative in Nigeria and the symbiosis between law reform and economic development. Our notion is anchored on the belief that one of the greatest hindrances to our development has been inadequate legal analysis and policy conflicts generally.
