Cornelius has developed particular expertise in arbitration and maritime disputes. He has been appointed as a member of a three-man arbitral tribunal in Courteville Business Solutions Plc v. Olisawaren Associates Ltd,delivered an arbitral award that was upheld upon judicial challenge up till Court of Appeal.
