OAL proudly celebrates a landmark achievement in Nigeria’s arbitration and dispute resolution landscape with the Federal Executive Council’s approval of the National Policy on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) 2024–2028.

This transformative policy, developed under the leadership of Dr. Olisa Agbakoba, SAN, as Chairman of the Committee on the National Policy on Arbitration and ADR, marks a significant step toward strengthening arbitration practices in Nigeria.
