Stephanie Wodi is a Legal Associate with experience spanning commercial litigation, corporate and commercial law, and the energy sector. She has developed a growing practice advising on commercial transactions, dispute resolution.
With a keen interest in the oil and gas industry, as well as the broader energy sector,she is intentionally building her expertise at the intersection of law and energy. She plays a key role in Energy Grid, providing legal insights and advisory through research across the energy spectrum.
In 2025, she was selected as a participant for the Venture in Management Program sponsored by Junior Achievement Nigeria and the Lagos Business school Pan Atlantic University.
In 2023, participated in the Lagos State climate change consultation summit in collaboration with the Netherlands consulate and was a delegate at the Women in Energy Dialogue organized by the Nigerian Energy Transition plan (ETP).
Her goal is to become a trusted legal advisor within these industries, offering solutions that are both commercially sound and future-focused.
