National Civil Service Association Of Persons With Disabilities “Award of Excellence as the Disability Right Advocate” was presented to Olisa Agbakoba in recognition of his outstanding and numerous contributions to the development of the life of persons with disabilities in Nigeria. This award was endorsed by Barr. Dan Modozie, the president and Uchegbulam U. Ikem, the secretary of the organising committee.
