Dolphin Aquatic Center is a premier swim program serving women and children in Lagos, Nigeria. DAC has secured an investor to invest N100 million for the building of a world-class aquatic center to be located in Lekki/Oniru environs and OAL is pleased to have been engaged as legal due diligence and compliance officers in fulfilment of that project. OAL would be responsible for all contractual drafting and review, legal advisory, regulatory and compliance throughout the entire project.
