BRIEF BIO:

Tunde is a Partner and the Head of Litigation at OAL. He combines his passion for the legal practice with dedication to yield a commendable result; his work ethics has made him a consummate professional.

He is very meticulous in handling tasks and complex legal issues and often enjoins others to imbibe a methodical approach towards proffering solutions for complex issues, as the satisfaction of clients and the enrichment of his knowledge are his propelling force.

He has published many papers in international journals including the Oil, Gas and Energy Law Journal (OGEL) that published his master’s thesis which focused on options in increasing the bankability of project financing transit pipelines in the face of the risk of obsolescing bargain. Tunde is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as a capital market consultant.
